Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts (DNCP&R) is fortunate to operate businesses in very special and scenic locations. In recognition of the responsibilities that come with operating in these unique locations, some designated as national treasures; DNCP&R is committed to responsible stewardship of the resources in all locales in which we operate. DNCP&R has developed GreenPath, an environmental management system, to guide us in achieving our commitment to environmental excellence.

All DNCP&R operations will be managed in compliance with laws and regulations related to environmental quality and human health and safety. Delaware North Parks & Resorts acknowledges that it is essential to the environment that all operations and activities of the company be conducted in strict accordance with sound environmental, health, and safety practices. Delaware North Parks & Resorts is committed to build from a foundation of compliance with the aim of continually improving environmental performance. To achieve this goal, DNCP&R will adopt the best available practices in environmental matters.

Specifically, DNCP&R shall:
Incorporate environmental considerations into business decisions.
Set measurable objectives to improve environmental performance.
Reduce where practicable the generation, discharge and emission of wastes to all environmental media - air, land, surface water, and groundwater.
Anticipate emerging environmental issues and develop programs to respond to future requirements.
Allocate and maintain resources for the effective implementation of environmental management and compliance programs.
Encourage communication among employees, visitors, neighbors and surrounding communities, suppliers, customers, regulatory agencies and the general public regarding DNCP&R environmental issues.
DNCP&R will strive to make a positive environmental contribution to the communities where we operate.

Every DNCP&R associate and contractor has an obligation to comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations and other DNCP&R requirements.
